What a great concert! It was terrific. I haven't had that much fun in ages. Wish I could see you play every day of the week. You made life fun for a day. People forgot their problems and the world's problems and just enjoyed themselves.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Rockola:
The 2007 Porsche Parade (as our national convention is known) here in San Diego has been 4 years in the making. I have been one of the key planners for this week long event from the very beginning. I fortuitously discovered you at the 2003 Children's Hospital banquet, which I believe you play every year. (The San Diego Region of PCA is a continual supporter of Children's Hospital along with Pioneer Centres Porsche.) I was president of the region that year and was therefore fortunate enough to attend. As the planning for the Parade began to take shape, I thought to myself, what are we going to do for the Welcome Party; the opening night, the night that needs to start the week off with a real bang? Not only did we want this week to be a week that everybody would love and remember forever; but we also wanted our guests to get a taste of San Diego. 2200 Porsche Club members were coming from around the country, both to enjoy their favorite automobiles and to have a great vacation. How better to showcase San Diego, our wonderful city with wonderful attractions, than to have Rockola play on our opening night?
We knew it would be an awesome way to kick off our convention, and were we right! You were loved by all -- with many complimenting us on the best Welcome Party ever in our 52 years of Porsche Parades around the country. There were calls to have you play at every Parade in the future -- if only that would be possible. Fortunately for us, the planners for this week, we live here and can see you whenever we want!
Thank you so very much for a wonderful evening. The week was a smashing success, due in no small part to the amazing start provided by you at our Welcome Party.

... I do want to share with
you...that by all accounts, you made the weekend! I'm sure it was
obvious that our members had an fabulous time with you. But, maybe
even more significant than the fun, was the extent to which the
experience unified us. This Forum will go down in IACP history as
a transformative event for the organization - and you were hugely
instrumental in making that happen! Not only are you extraordinarily
talented musicians, your warmth and sincerity were evident everywhere.
Please express our heartfelt gratitude to every member of the band.
We'll be smiling and talking about that magical Saturday night for
a long, long time!!!
All the best,

To Bob and the Band:
Thank you for the acoustic show at Faith Presbyterian Church. You
performed a miracle this Sunday. I haven't been inside of a church
in 25 years!!!
I have been one of your faithful fans of Rockola and The Steely
Damned since 1995 when I moved to San Diego. In the umpteen shows
I have attended, you have never failed to make it entertaining.
You make a huge contribution to what would otherwise be a very limited
classic rock scene in San Diego.
I'll see you at the next show, and the one after that.

ROCKOLA
Revolution.
Dear ROCKOLA,
Your performance for our guests last night exceeded our expectations
and from what we heard, you just gained another 100 fans. The horn
section trio of young musicians from the M.S.Y.O. sounded phenomenal,
and was a special treat for the audience. The old and the young
all enjoyed it.
The tribute to the music of The Beatles had my wife and I dancing
the enitre set. The only way we could visit with our guests was
the grab them onto the dance floor.
A true testimony of your dedication to the fans and your enthusiasm
to keep on rocking was ever more apparent when you unplugged (after
the police left!!!), moved into our living room, and kept on rocking.
(Too bad the neighbors couldn't hear that!) That improv became the
most intimate and memorable of the evening.
You guys are the greatest!
Best wishes,
Bruce and Liz Bergman
