Your show was absoultely amazing! (Just as was Revolver!) I truly enjoyed
every second of the performance! I also enjoyed Bob's daughter, she was
delightful! I must confess that I am a brand new fan of Rockola. I have
lived in San Diego for many, many years, and I don't know how I could have
possibly missed out on such a terrific group, but I am very grateful to my
music-minded boyfriend for taking me to the North Park Theater for that
wonderful first experience with Revolver. I am looking forward to many more
of your shows...you are fantastic!

I just wanted to say thanks for a great show last Saturday night. I really
appreciate all the work that went into it, and I also appreciate your performance
of the Rubber Soul album, to my mind one of the greatest collections of music
of all time. I brought my mom and a friend, and we all loved it. Thanks again!
Sincerely,
Win Carson

It was amazing. We've seen the Abbey Road, Revolver & Rubber Soul shows
now and loved each one. Keep up the good work and we'll see you in June or
July for Sgt Pepper!
As usual a great show - turned on another fan ! Younger generations getting
jazzed about your music. These are very hip 13 year olds!
Looking forward to joining you again for the St. Pepper Show in June! Keep
rockin' man...it's a great thing you're doing for the kids!
Thanks,
Lynn Endres

Hi Bob, Mark, Doug and Larry
Great show ---- we can’t wait for the big show in January or February
and we’re thrilled that you’ll be doing Sgt. Pepper again –
we missed it the first time. If the big show is just half as good as last
year it will be terrific. The show last year was the best concert we’ve
ever attended.
Have you looked into the East County Performing Arts Theater as a possibility
for the big show? It’s a great venue that’s underutilized.
We bought a couple of nights at the Half Moon Inn at a charity auction specifically
to use when you play the Back Stage Lounge – we’ll be watching
the schedule
Thanks again for the awesome time Saturday – we came with two other
couple and had dinner first at Hawthorns in the theater – fantastic
evening
See you at Humphrey’s,
Jim & Alison MaKibbin

Hi Rockola,
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for a lovely time Saturday night. You guys
rock! Rubber Soul is one of my favorite Beatle albums. All I have to do is
shut my eyes, listen to Rockola play and pretend that its the Beatles on stage
playing to me. Looking forward to seeing the next concert in January or February.
Laura

Dear Bob & group,
Thanks for another great album concert. We haven’t missed one yet, and
each time we bring a new couple and leave with Rockola converts. Keep up the
good work with the kids, and let me know how we can make a donation to your
worthwhile cause. You might remember playing at our anniversary party at the
El Camino Country Club in Oceanside on Labor Day weekend in 2004. Our friends
still rave about it.
All the best,
Stan & Susan Schritt

Boys and the M.S.Y.O. -
Your Rubber Soul concert Saturday night was fabulous! It is always a
treat to here Beatle songs Loud & Live. Nobody does it better. The
second half which show-cased the talented youth symphony was magical. We
loved the sax work by Dane and Zach (stars of the Bergman Bash)! Ross,
were you there too?
We did noticed that you took the suggestion from one of your fans, who
heard your Revolver show, to arrange the symphony in a half moon shape;
it sounded much better.
"A Day in the Life" was the best, until we heard "Golden Slumbers/Carry
that Weight/The End".
Next time, we want to see Cody dance to "Twist & Shout". He
was killer
at Revolver!
Ready for more,
Bruce and Liz Bergman

My family had a wonderful evening at the Rockola Live concert. My daughter
had returned from college for Thanksgiving. She said that she wouldn't know
any of the songs from Rubber Soul. At the concert, she really got into it
and knew the words to every song.
We will see you at the Steely Damned show on December 29th. Seeing Hank play
those guitar solos is reason enough to go. Last time, we stayed for both shows.
Bob, thanks for all you have done to bring some good entertainment to San
Diego for many years.

aka Hippynurse

To Bob (And fellow Rockola band members!!)
Hello mate, this is Jon from England, I was fortunate enough to be center
front at the Rubber Soul gig Sat night!! What an amazing night! As you may
remember me?? It was my 1st time seeing you perform, I was wearing a White
t-shirt, I was with my wife and brother-in-law (who all had a great time too!)
my wife has seen you many times! We will certainly be going to the next one!
Sgt.Pepper I think!? Cant wait, Ive seen a few tribute bands in England, and
none were as good as you guys! When you handed me the Blue giutar after the
twist-n-shout!, I wasnt sure if I was allowed to keep it not!?, hence why
I held on it then handed it back to you after the show, would obviously loved
to of kept it, but wasnt sure, so handed it back, hope you didnt think I was
being rude not accepting it!?!! We also bought 3 cd's!!! Write back, if you
have time! Hope to hear from you soon :-)
Cheers,
Jonathan

Thanks for another great Beatles album performance on Saturday. Rubber Soul
is one of my (many) favorite Beatles albums. Now how about The Beatles at
the BBC?
I listened to the CD version of the Rubber Soul British release a few times
before the show. I was struck with how “light” the drum kit is
and how prominent the tambourine is in most of the songs. The percussionists
you used was great, friends and wives not withstanding. Once again you’ve
proven that at a minimum it takes three people to make one Ringo.
Also, I thought the songs from the White Album were particularly good.
Even though I was a bit off to the side of the theater (I was a little late
in getting tickets), the sound mix was great. Thanks again for the remarkable
attention to detail. The balalaikas were a great surprise.

I think that I have been deprived because I have not seen you guys for a very
long time and you seem to get better with time. My friends Kirk Howe, Hans
Becker and my husband Eric Valenzuela said that your sound man was great.
We all hope to see you guys again in January or Feb. Thank you for what you
are doing and especially with the youth orchestra. We have all worked in education
and think that is so important to our society.
Thanks again,
Katherine Valenzuela

Nice job last night!
How about doing "Abbey Road" it its entirety now?!?
Best, Kim

Bob, once again you have created some amazing feel good moments in our lives.
Your Beatles album shows are truly a treasure! We love all Beatles music but
one can get tired of hearing only the "hits". We love hearing the
entire album - hits, B-sides, etc. - live. You are truly the best at what
you do.
We bought the CD and will be listening to it this afternoon. Thanks for including
Eve Selis - she's another favorite!
Sgt. Pepper the 1st was amazing, but you have learned so much in the last
5 years that I can't wait to see what you do for Sgt. Pepper II !!
Until next time, forever fans

Hello guys! Lynne Holyoke here to express my gratitude for another amazing
and uplifting performance. There was such a great feeling of comeraderie
and intimacy, including among the audience members. I saw alot of familiar
faces, and I also brought friends and family. My mom and dad (who are in
their 80's) are two of your biggest fans now. They saw the Beatles with me
at the Hollywood Bowl and at Dodger Stadium, so they have an insight to the
experience that is rather unique. The look on my dad's face as he watched
you perform was priceless, he was into it man!
One more thing, another round of applause for Mike Keneally. He fit in so
perfectly and added all the right touches that take your Beatle album shows
over the top. If I could've made a request last night it would have been to
hear you play "Live in Japan"! Maybe someday.....
Put the T-shirts and CD for sale on line, I want to buy! Sending this
along with love from me to you, Lynne

Having been thrilled by Rockola’s Sgt. Pepper, White Album and Abbey
Road concerts, I had no doubt we would be in for a treat last night when the
boys covered the Fabs’ 1965 masterpiece, Rubber Soul. True to form,
it was nothing less than fantastic. The performance had all the trademark
elements of Rockola’s previous album-covering ventures: smooth vocals,
beautiful harmonies, inspired guitar playing and percussion and meticulous
attention to detail. Rockola is clearly America’s finest city’s
finest band. Thank you, for once again for lifting my spirits. Count me in
for your June reprise of the Sgt. Pepper LP and anything else you guys want
to present. You rock!

WOW! Another awesome show. The Youth orchestra was fantastic. I had a great
evening. I can't wait for the next concert,
esp. Sgt.Pepper.

I saw Beatlemania in Las Vegas a few years back, and I must admit your performance
with the Youth Symphony Orchestra, in my opinion blew away the Vegas show.
Your harmonies are better and your stage presence was funny and cool. Looking
forward to your June 2007 Sgt. Pepper show....should be great. Get a bigger
venue so that I can bring a larger crowd.
I can see why Dr. Laura raves about you guys. You're definately San Diego's
premiere band.
